Commissioning

The commissioning process will ensure that adequate standards and procedures are respected in bringing the pipeline and associated facilities into operation as a pressurized gas transport facility. It will respect the following procedure:

• Verify and document that equipment is installed and operated as per the manufacturer’s recommendations and the technical specifications requirements
• Verify and document that equipment and systems receive complete operational checks
• Verify and document equipment and system performance

Nabucco will engage the commissioning phase of the pipeline, once the National Nabucco Companies have agreed upon the pre-commissioning phase and signed the Mechanical Completion Certificate.
